AMT is a Singapore-based international metal manufacturing company known for metal injection molding (MIM) and high-volume parts production. When they decided to add 3D metal printing, they needed help in launching their new 3D metal printing division called AMT3D and integrating it with their overall all brand. Like Dornier MedTech, they offered us the challenge of making it all resonate in Asia, Europe and the U.S.
We traveled to Singapore to meet with their sales and marketing leaders to learn everything we could about their new service and its importance to the company. We defined the ICP (ideal customer profile) for 3D metal printing, and targeted our messaging and roadmap to build brand awareness.
Our added challenge was introducing their new division at MD&M East in New York City, one of the largest medical design and manufacturing expos in the world. This gave us three months to complete everything from market research, digital strategy, videos and booth design needed for launch.
No surprise, we pulled it off and continue to work with the SLT on other products and services.
