AMT is a Singapore-based international metal manufacturing company known for metal injection molding (MIM) and high-volume parts production. When they decided to add 3D metal printing, they needed help in launching their new 3D metal printing division called AMT3D and integrating it with their overall all brand. Like Dornier MedTech, they offered us the challenge of making it all resonate in Asia, Europe and the U.S.
They agreed getting BizSynced was the answer. We traveled to Singapore to meet with their sales and marketing leaders to learn everything we could about their new service and its overall place in the company. We defined the ICP (ideal customer profile) for 3D metal printing, a new customer for them, and targeted messaging on which we built their BizSynced brand roadmap.
Our added challenge was that they wanted to introduce their new division at MD&M East in New York City, one of the largest medical design and manufacturing expos in the world. This gave us three months to complete everything from market research to the brochures, videos, fliers and booth design needed for the New York launch.
No surprise. We did it and are continuing to work on branding and awareness for other AMT products and services.
