Headquartered in Germany with offices around the world, Dornier MedTech is a global medical device company known for its pioneering technologies and therapies in urology. With the challenges of multiple markets, cultures and languages, the company’s marketing had become unwieldy and unfocused. To mark the 35th anniversary of one of its most important inventions, Dornier decided it was time to update and unify. It was time to get BizSynced.
Knowing our success depended on getting engagement from people in far-flung locations, we started by working with executives and key staff throughout the globe to help us understand the company’s unique history, culture and goals. We then translated it all into a brand roadmap for reinvigorating the brand while launching new products. For continuing employee engagement, we provided training on modern marketing best practices and supported global marketing teams with regional outreach efforts.
The result was a new website in seven languages and worldwide product launches promoted through social media and at global distributor meetings and tradeshows. At our first major European tradeshow after our campaign launch, leads more than doubled over the previous year, of which a whopping 75% were from new customers.
