Dornier MedTech is a global medical device company known for its pioneering technologies and revolutionary therapies in urology. Always respected for their reliable German engineering, the company’s tried-and-true reputation had created an outdated perception of the brand – despite the company’s innovative past.
To mark the 35th anniversary of one of their most important inventions, Dornier MedTech decided to modernize their brand to help it resonate with today’s buyers.
We met with Dornier MedTech executives and key staff members to understand the company’s history, culture and business goals. We then translated that into a roadmap of short and long term marketing activities designed to revitalize the brand while launching new products and campaigns designed to reinforce the company’s spirit of innovation.
To further reinvigorate the brand, we provided training on modern marketing best practices and supported global marketing teams with regional outreach efforts.
